Twine Baller ?

Can any one tell me what line 7 says? At first I thought it said Jerine Baller! Many thanks to Denise Light, who via the ENG-Lancashire mailing list, has suggested that it says Twine Baller. It is from the 1871 Census RG10 / 4042 / 93 / 1 and refers to Jane Parker, a boarder in the house of Alice Magnall who lived at 13 Sheffield Street in Manchester.
